Anna has spent 23 years as Director/Business Executive and Advisor to Central Government Departments, Government Agencies, FTSE and NASDAQ companies and has taken industries through de-regulation, helping them to change and grow inline with government regulations and competition. She has worked closely with the FSA, OFTEL/OFCOM, OFGEM and other industry regulators and associations to integrate key processes into client organizations. She is highly skilled in business integration, turnarounds etc across international boundaries and has significant experience with p&l accountability. She is a seasoned member at the Board level and provides a very pragmatic approach to deliver complex programs for international clients in Transformational Process Change, Strategic Outsourcing, Business Process Integration in Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations Performance Improvement/Cost-Reduction.

She has held C level positions across large organizations like IBM, Mercer, E&Y and also held Board roles with Pragma Group, UK Govt. office of Fair Trading, Selfridges/ Harrods, Royal Mail, Centrica and Real Health. Based in Dubai Anna is the key partner responsible for our Middle East North Africa practices.
